Using Saved Filters in Buyer Discovery for HubSpot
In Buyer Discovery, you can create company segments with Saved Filters. You can then use one of these Saved Filters as the primary filter for the Buyer Discovery-HubSpot sync.
Saved Filters allows you to add your Buyer Discovery company records into segments based on certain criteria (e.g. funnel stages, or territories), and analyze the matched and unmatched records based on the segment criteria.
Overall, saved filters enable you to align with your team on the proper segments for your Buyer Discovery records, as well as later create Automations based on segments.
Setup steps
In order to defined a Saved Filter, follow these steps:
Login to your Buyer Discovery Account
Click on Exports and select your HubSpot created integration.
Click on the “Prospects” tab
On the left side of the page, under the “Filters” header, you will see the section dedicated for Saved Filters. If you don’t have any Saved Filter configured, the “Default” option will be shown.
If you filter the table with any filter in the pane, you can then Save that filter selection. If you click “Create”, the system will ask you to input a Filter Name.
When you have a new name set, click “Confirm” and the filter will be saved.
The Saved Filter will now be available in the Drop down list. You can “Update” it with new value selections, or “Create” a new filter (up to 20 filters max).
