Alerts for existing accounts showing intent

Notifying Account Owners in HubSpot when their accounts are showing intent to purchase

Using Buyer Discovery, you can send an email to the Contact owner of a Contact, whenever that contact’s company is showing Very High Purchase Intent.

 Here are the steps:

  1. In your HubSpot instance, click on Automation, then Workflows

  2. On the Workflows main page, click on New workflow, then from scratch

  3. On the workflow setup page, select Company-based, then select Blank workflow, then click Next 

  4. On the workflow creation trigger, click on set up trigger, 

  5. In the Enrollment triggers pane, for Filter Type select Company properties, then select Purchase Intent is equal to any of “High” or “Very High”, and click Apply filter

 

  1. Back on the workflows creation page, Click the plus button to add an action

  2. On the Choose an action page, select “Send internal email notification”.

 

  1. In the Send internal email notification pane, click the “Send to existing owners” dropdown 

 

  1. Add the body of the message to the Contact owner, and use the Personalize tokens in the Subject

 

 5. On the workflow creation page, click Review and publish, and then click Turn on

This will automatically alert sales owners when any matched accounts in their territory are showing purchase intent.
