Creating an Email Alert
You can have fresh intent records delivered to an inbox of your choosing every day with email alerts. Here are the steps:
Note: Before following the below steps you must create a segment and apply the desired filters to your segment before setting up your email alert.
Setup Steps
- Go to the Exports tab 
- Click Add and select Email Alerts 
- Click Create 
- Select what Product you want to set the alert for and give it a name. We recommend being as descriptive as possible with the names you choose so you can easily identify and update the alerts in the future if needed. Ex. [Daily]/[Country]/[High and Very High Intent] + [Profile Views or Competitors Viewed] 
- Configure your alert by defining: - Recipients: the user you would like to receive the alert 
- Frequency: Daily, Weekly or Custom 
- Record scope: the option to include only records that are new or have changed intent level 
- Segment: select your named segment that has the filters with the attributes of the companies that you would like to include in this alert 
 
NOTE: Only active users are able to receive email alerts. To add a new user, please Submit a Request6. Click Save
You’re all set! You’ll start receiving email alerts the following business day.
