Buyer Discovery for Snowflake

Overview

Snowflake is one of many ways customers can access Buyer Discovery.

Here is a diagram showing the data flow of intent signals from use traffic on Gartner Digital Markets sites to common data ingestion use cases. 

You will notice that Snowflake is used by the Gartner Digital Markets team to power all Buyer Discovery integrations.

Secure Data Sharing through Snowflake enables sharing selected objects (tables) in our GDM Snowflake database account with your Snowflake accounts.

You may need Buyer Discovery data available for use in your Snowflake data warehouse for centralized automation use cases. 

Buyer Discovery team can provide a Snowflake Consumer table for seamless integration with your existing tables and automations.

To integrate Buyer Discovery with your Snowflake tables, you will need to access the Consumer table provided by Buyer Discovery. This table contains a comprehensive set of data on company prospects, including firmographics, intent signals, and session details.

Provisioning steps

To access the Consumer table, follow these steps:

• Confirm details of the shared Buyer Discovery table with your client partner or onboarding specialist: 

• Frequency of refresh (usually every 24 hours)
• Fields to be included on the table 

• Identify required details of the account with which you want us to share the table: 

• Provide your current account name 
• Confirm which Snowflake Data Centers where the account resides e.g. US-West or US-East for instance 

• We’ll build the table and notify you when access is provided

That's all there is to it! By following these simple steps, you can easily integrate Buyer Discovery with your Snowflake tables and access a wealth of valuable data on company prospects.
