I am getting an Access Denied Error while Authenticating in HubSpot. How can I resolve this?


There are a few steps you can try to remediate the authentication issue and complete the integration process to HubSpot:


  • In case there is an issue with the cache in your Chrome browser, you can try accessing the same Add Export page from a private window, known as Incognito Mode in Chrome
  • If using an incognito window does not work, you can try using another browser to access the page, such as Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, etc.



Can you add unmatched accounts into HubSpot as new accounts?


Yes, this can be done by clicking on the "+" icon in the HubSpot export page in the Buyer Discovery web app.
